Refund policy

Returns

We feature a 14-day return policy. You'll have a full 14 days after receiving your item to email your request to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and sent back in its original packaging with packing materials securely in place. You’ll also need to include a copy of the receipt.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll then process a refund for you once we receive the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

We feature a 14-day request for replacement policy.  You'll have a full 14 days after receiving your item to email your request for a replacement. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply send us a photo showing the issue (for damaged orders, send a photo of the packaging as well).  We will then process a replacement within the next 2 business days.

There is no need to send back the damaged/defective product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days (with return shipping fees deducted), onto your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
