This is a print transferred onto stretched canvas, of an original acrylic painting I created in early 2025.

The inspiration to paint Pope Leo XIV struck me like lightning.  He's the first American Pope in history. 

He has devoted his life to humanitarianism, and it shows in his gentle, kind and loving nature.  

The name of the work is, BEACON.  Pope Leo is a beacon who shines a much-needed light onto the darkness of our times.

I used red, white and blue to represent his American heritage.

Please note you are purchasing a copy transferred onto frameless stretched canvas, and not the original painting itself.

Its size is 30 inches tall, 24 inches wide, and 1.25 inches thick.  I would say it's medium-large.

It's an exact replica of the original.

The UNFRAMED stretched canvas comes ready-to-hang with sawtooth hanging gear fastened to the back.

You can most certainly have it professionally framed at a later time.  I created some mock-up pictures for you to reference as ideas.

My hope is to bring joy, light, peace and serenity into other American homes!

Materials and Care

The materials we use are guaranteed to last over 100 years. As a result, we can offer a lifetime guarantee for our canvases.

The canvas is quite durable once given our protective coating, and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc.

You can dust it with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth but we cannot guarantee or recommend this. Should the canvas get nicked and lose ink in a certain area, it can be touched up with matching waterproof felt-tip markers or touch-up paint.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We feature a 14-day return policy. You'll have a full 14 days after receiving your item to email your request to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and sent back in its original packaging with packing materials securely in place. You’ll also need to include a copy of the receipt.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We'll then process a refund for you once we receive the item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

We feature a 14-day replacement policy.  You'll have a full 14 days after receiving your item to email your request for a replacement. 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply send us a photo showing the issue (for damaged orders, send a photo of the packaging as well).  We will then process a replacement within the next 2 business days.

There is no need to send back the damaged/defective product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days (with return shipping fees deducted), onto your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us directly at thepopepainting@gmail.com.
